At Systarah Services, we offer a range of non-clinical organisational support services, project support and workshops tailored to inspire and nurture resilient, compassionate individuals, organisations and communities. Every organisation is unique, that's why we pride ourselves on providing flexible and tailored solutions to meet specific challenges and goals.
Capacity building workshops
These workshops are being developed to foster cultural safety, social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB) and resilient communities and workspaces through:
- bridging the gap between evidence-informed research, resources and funded services related to the Australian mental health and suicide prevention sector;
- highlighting the role that hope, help seeking and challenging stigma plays;
- foster critical thinking, to support risk-assessments and other decision-making processes.
Priorities include supporting community leaders, peer workers and community members interested in undertaking suicide prevention and mental health community-based initiatives.
Community development projects
This service package is aimed at supporting community development initiatives through:
- strengthening community partnerships;
- being evidence-informed related to cultural safety, mental health, suicide prevention and challenging stigma;
- fostering SEWB and/or environmental sustainability;
- and support cultural safety and being risk averse.
Organisational consultancy services
We can work with you to identify and solve non-clinical organisational challenges related to new funded programs and services; or provide operational analysis and recommendations related to existing workflows, procedures and resources.
Consultancy services include:
- management consultancy: supporting the adoption of new SEWB, mental health and suicide prevention (non-clinical) and environmental programs.
- organisational methods analysis: analysis and continual improvement recommendations.
Administrative support services
The Administrative Support Services provide a range of support for community groups and community service organisations. We can work with you on updating documents; creative marketing content development and distribution; or website editing.
Administrative support services include:

- website editing (Wix, Wordpress & Webador)
- social media editor
Our target market
- Social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB) and environmental organisations and groups: needing a little extra administrative support.
- SEWB and environmental organisations and government entities: requiring an extra hand to embed new (non-clinical) programs into their services or undertake continual improvement analysis.
- Government funders and commissioning agents: seeking to invest in impactful social and community-based programs.
