Systarah Services
Systarah Services is based in Yeppoon, Central Queensland.
It was founded in 2025 by Helen Munn, who has been working, volunteering and studying in the environmental, social and emotional wellbeing and community development space for over 25 years.
In 2025, Helen accepted the challenge of change and established Systarah Services. Underpinning everything she does, is the drive to nurture resilient, compassionate individuals, organisations and communities.

Our Services
At Systarah Services, we offer a range of services, project support and workshops designed to meet specific needs. Our approach is centered around understanding unique challenges and working with you to provide effective, practical solutions that foster resilience at a community, organisational and individual level. From strategic planning to change management, we are here to support you: especially when you need to look through a non-clinical, evidence-informed social and emotional wellbeing and cultural safety lens.
SEWB Capacity Building Workshops
The focus is on fostering cultural safety, social and emotional wellbeing and resilient communities. We aim to assist bridging the gap between evidence-informed research, funded services and the community.
Community Development Projects
Projects include: strengthening community partnerships; and supporting community activities related to mental health and suicide prevention. We prioritise being evidence-informed, culturally safe and risk averse.
Organisational Consultancy Services
Assisting organisations implement newly funded programs; or when existing non-clinical workflows require an outside analysis to support continual improvement. We provide another set of eyes to support your work.
Administrative Support Services
Supporting community groups and service organisations: document creation or continual improvement; marketing and engagement content; and editing websites. We are your extra pair of hands when needed..
